"I just happen to meet Katie after she offered to show me a house she was selling. Unfortunately, I did not buy that particular house, however, I was so IMPRESSED with her that I asked if I could call her again if I wanted to see other houses. In the 4 to 5 houses that I viewed with Katie she was always asking questions, looking at the structure of the house, discussing renovations that might need to occur, and discussing what problems that house might have.
