We met Katie a year before we moved over to Idaho. She kept in contact with me throughout the year. As it got closer to move date she checked in to see how we were, or if we needed anything. Sometimes she just checked in to say HI!. She made us feel like family. When we did move Katie didn't pressure us to start looking. She went with our schedule. She was with us through the whole process, start to finish. I loved working with Katie and would again in a Heartbeat. I highly recommend her. A true professional.

Unfortunately, I did not buy that particular house, however, I was so IMPRESSED with her that I asked if I could call her again if I wanted to see other houses. In the 4 to 5 houses that I viewed with Katie she was always asking questions, looking at the structure of the house, discussing renovations that might need to occur, and discussing what problems that house might have. In this INSANELY fast market right now Katie was always ready to view a house and was very responsive (within an hour) to any txts or calls that I made. When I finally found a house and secured an acceptance to my offer Katie was extremely involved and had answers to all my questions. Katie was very on top of what needed to be done. Katie's amazing ability to clearly communicate made the house buying process in an intense market a breeze. I just became a single mom of two young kids and she even watch the boys while I did the final walk through. In a very chaotic time in my life Katie decreased my stress about house buying.
